  • Full payment is required upfront and must be received at least 7 calendar days before the workshop takes place.
  • Les Enfants Terribles take no responsibility in the cancellation or rescheduling of a workshop if payments are late. Schools will be given a final payment reminder 3 days before the payment deadline. If payment is not received by the deadline, the workshop may be cancelled at our discretion.

4. Participant Requirements & Conduct

  • No age restrictions apply and there are no minimum or maximum number of participants at our workshops. However, we recommend around 20 students per facilitator, with a maximum of 30 students. If the group exceeds this ratio, we can arrange for multiple facilitators to be present or the group can be split into separate sessions.
  • Participants are not required to bring any materials or equipment, unless specified by us in advance.
  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully, cooperate fully and have a positive attitude to learning. Disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
  • While our facilitator leads the workshop and is trained to work with children and young people, the school remains responsible for managing any behavioural issues. Schools must ensure that appropriate adult-to-student ratios are maintained throughout the session.
  • The facilitator has the right to pause or terminate the workshop if behaviour becomes unsafe or unmanageable. In such cases, the school remains responsible for ensuring supervision and intervention. If a workshop is terminated early due to behaviour, the school will still be charged in full.

5. Liability, Health & Safety

  • A suitable space in the School should be arranged in advance. Ideally a large, open space without any restrictions or obstacles such as tables or chairs.
  • No waivers or consent forms are required for participation.
  • Emergency contact details are not required.
  • Les Enfants Terribles is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur during the workshop. Schools must ensure appropriate supervision and first-aid provisions are in place in accordance with their own policies.
  • We will always do our best to adapt workshops for accessibility and the specific needs of participants.
  • Les Enfants Terribles holds public liability insurance, which covers claims related to injury or damage arising from our negligence during the workshop. However, the School is responsible for ensuring their own coverage for participants, including any additional liability or accident insurance required for their students and staff.

  • The School may take photos/videos during the workshop.
  • Les Enfants Terribles does not take photos for marketing purposes unless agreed upon with the School in advance.
  • Les Enfants Terribles retains ownership of the workshop content, methods and any printed or digital material shown or distributed during the workshop. Schools may use these materials solely for educational purposes within their institution and may not reproduce, distribute or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  • Prices are exclusive of Value Added Tax unless otherwise stated.
  • The cost of the workshop includes any travel expenses. No additional fees or expenses will be charged beyond the quoted price.

9. Force Majeure – Delays Outside Our Control Les Enfants Terribles will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control.
