Since graduating from the University of East London with a degree in Theatre Studies International, Kayleigh has spent the last 9 years working in the creative industries due to her passion for the performing arts. Developing the role of Studio Coordinator, Kayleigh spent 6 years at Feast Creative working with a range of clients from West End productions to regional theatres. Most recently, Kayleigh was the Operations Manager of Court Theatre Training Company and The Courtyard Theatre and was a key player in the Senior Management team making strategic decisions and implementing initiatives. With a passion for organisation, operation efficiencies and administrative systems, Kayleigh is looking forward to working closely with the production of theatre.
