After graduating with a BFA from Carnegie Mellon University, Justin has spent the past 15 years working in theatre and television across London, New York, and Los Angeles. Most recently he was Senior Project Manager of NDT Broadgate orchestrating the development of a re-imagined rehearsal space, one leading from inclusivity and empathy. NDT Broadgate ended up supporting over 8,800 artists with free rehearsal and development space creating over 213 new shows. His previous experience includes roles within English National Ballet, Teach First, Donmar Warehouse, and The Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts.
As a producer and artistic programmer he has worked with such artists and companies as Complicite (The Encounter), Oregon Shakespeare Festival (Into The Woods), National Theatre of Scotland (Dunsinane), Kneehigh (Brief Encounter, 946), Matthew Bourne (Early Adventures), Catherine Wheels (White, Lifeboat), and Deaf West Theatre (Spring Awakening).
