Ella is an early career producer and arts administrator. After graduating with an MA in Arts Management and Cultural Policy she has worked primarily in arts administration, developing her experience and knowledge of the sector through work at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and with organisations such as Little Angel Theatre, Camden People’s Theatre and House (Farnham Maltings). She is particularly interested in theatre that challenges expectation and asks audiences to try new things. Outside of her role with Les Enfants Terribles, she volunteers for youth charity LIFEBeat and spends a lot of time in art galleries.
